Walkers and Toddlers– BigglyBoo Baby Socks, Sandals, and Shoes

Walkers and Toddlers

Walkers and Toddlers

By the time your baby has developed some strength in their leg muscles and feet, they will start walking. Some babies will walk much earlier than others, but in general they will start walking around 9 to 17 months of age. Every child’s foot develops at its own pace, and every baby walks in their own time so don't be worried if your baby has not started walking by the time they are 12 months old.

When your baby does start standing, they'll probably have some strange stances including in-toeing, out-toeing, bow-leggedness or tiptoeing. While these postures can be abnormal in adults, they’re really common in walkers and toddlers. Most children outgrow these postures by the time they are 3 years old.

At BigglyBoo, we want to help parents express thier babies personality. But our socks are not just cute, they are incredibly comfortable and practical for your baby. They have anti-slip soles, which allow for better grip. That way, your baby won't fall as often and hurt themselves. Our socks are also breathable due to their cotton-rich fabrication—very necessary since babies need to keep socks on their feet for long periods of time (for warmth and protection). And they are very easy to care for:

Care Instructions:

  • Machine wash gently with similar colors. Don't exceed 30°C (80°F).
  • Don't bleach. Hang to dry or tumble dry low.
  • Don't dry-clean. Low temperature ironing is okay.

And don't worry, they won't shrink like most other socks, after machine washing them.
